1. Evaluating through ‘buyers’ eyes.
SMART RESTYLE will completely evaluate your house from the curb appeal to its interior impressions. I tour your house, room by room, as a buyer would and I take pictures of each area and room to put in your customized Action Plan. This phase takes about 2 hours.
2. Your customized Action Plan.
Within a couple of days I will return to your house to discuss your customized outside/inside, room-by-room Action Plan that details where you need to declutter, simplify, clean and neutralize your house in order to maximize space and showcase its best features. Your Action Plan will also show you where you need to make repairs to turn negatives into positives, and it will include updating suggestions and restyling tips that you can tailor to your budget. |

Furniture & Accessory Staging.
As an extended service, after you have finished your staging Action Plan, SMART RESTYLE can come back to your house to personally stage your furniture, art and accessories along with adding some finishing touches to really make your house shine in the buyers’ eyes.
